FORMULATION:
INDICATIONS:
- Chickens: For the prevention and treatment of intestinal infections caused by E.coli, Salmonella spp. and Campylobacter spp. and Escherichia coli septicaemia in young chickens.
- Calves, kids and lamb: For the treatment of scours, yellowish diarrhea, hemorrhagic diarrhea caused by E.coli and Salmonella spp.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
Treatment:
- Chickens: 1g per 10-25 kg of body weight or 1g per 1-2 Liters of drinking water (20-50 mg Apramycin per kg of body weight) for 7 consecutive days.
- Calves: 1g per 12.5-25 kg of body weight or 1g per 1.25-2.5 Liters of drinking water (20-40mg Apramycin per kg of body weight) for 5 consecutive days.
- Kids and lamb: 1g per 50kg of body weight or 1g per 5 Liters of drinking water (10 mg Apramycin per kg of body weight) for 5 consecutive days.
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
- Do not use in laying chickens when eggs are intended for human consumption.
- Do not use in known cases of hypersensitivity to Apramycin.
- Do not use for cats.
WITHDRAWAL TIME:
- Calves, kids and lamb: Meat: 28 days
- Chickens: Meat: 7 days
STORAGE:
- Store in a dry and cool place not exceeding 300C. Keep away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach and sight of children.
